Where Do We Source Ecuador Spores Our From?
We source only the finest spores from the Netherlands and Austria, where it is legal to cultivate magic mushrooms. These guys have been growing for decades, so it’s safe to say they know their ‘shrooms. The spore prints we receive have been produced in sterile, professionally equipped laboratories that operate to the highest standards. This ensures quality genetic specimens for your microscopy research on Ecuador Spores.
We then take these prints and suspend the spores in sterile, distilled water to make our spore syringes. To ensure maximum cleanliness, all of our products are made in a clean air lab environment, fully kitted with 99.99% efficient high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration. This removes contaminants and particulates from the air, so that you can be confident that the spore sample you receive is as clean as can be.
We have spent years searching for the finest genetic specimens, the likes of which even Paul Stamets would be proud of. You can browse our full spore catalogue here.
How To Use Ecuador Spores
When observed with the naked eye, spores do not look all that exciting. You might see a few black clumps floating around in the solution, but certainly nothing akin to being ‘magical’. The true beauty of the humble spore is in its microscopic size. The only way to observe the microscopic is, unsurprisingly, under a microscope. Preferably at least 500x magnification.
First, take your syringe and carefully remove the protective cap. Load the needle onto the syringe and you’re ready to go. Apply a single drop of solution onto a microscopy slide, and gently cover the sample with a covering glass. Place the microscopy slide onto the stage. Finally, look through the eyepiece and move the focus knob until the image comes into focus. If they still look tiny, try increasing to a higher power objective lens. Admire them in their glorious, magical detail.
Storage
For long-term storage, keep spore syringes in a dark place and preferably in a fridge at 2-8 ℃. They will last up to a year or more if stored correctly.
